Delivery
Free UK delivery on orders £15 and over. A flat £3 postage on orders below £15. Dispatched in one to two working days and tracked all the way.
Free UK delivery
UK delivery is free on orders of £15 and over. Below that it’s a flat £3, shown at checkout before you pay, with no handling fees and nothing to pay at the door. Every order is sent tracked, whichever you qualify for.
Where we deliver
We ship within the UK. At this stage we are unable to accept orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom, including the EU. We do plan to open up other markets once the compliance work behind them is complete.
Dispatch
We will dispatch within 1–2 working days (usually quicker).
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Dispatch confirmation
On dispatch you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and carrier details, so you can follow your order all the way to the door. If that hasn’t arrived within two working days of ordering, check your spam folder and then email us.
If it’s late or goes missing
Royal Mail has the occasional bad week and that part is out of our hands, so email team@silihack.com and we’ll chase it for you. If a parcel is confirmed lost we refund you in full within 48 hours. You don’t need to chase anyone yourself.
Receipts
Receipts are emailed rather than printed. It saves paper, and it means you can find the thing when you need it. Packing slips don’t show prices, so an order is safe to send straight on as a gift.
