Who we are

SiliHack is a trading name of LADYAN UK LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom under registration number 16192435, with its registered office at 26 Old School Close, Beckenham BR3 4PQ. This policy is issued by LADYAN UK LTD, referred to below as “we”, “us” and “our”. We are the data controller for this website.

What type of information do we collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way. This includes the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, login details, email address, password, computer and connection information, and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to particular pages, page interaction information, and the methods used to browse away from a page. We also collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, password and communications with us, along with comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations and your personal profile. We do not access or store card payment data. All direct payment gateways are provided by Wix.com — please refer to Wix.com for more information on its payment gateway policies.

How do we collect information?

When you complete a transaction on our website we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information is used only for the reasons set out in this policy. We collect non-personal and personal information for the following purposes:
a) to provide and operate the services;
b) to provide our users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
c) to contact visitors and users with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages;
d) to create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated or inferred non-personal information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;
e) to comply with any applicable laws and regulations, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Our lawful bases are the performance of our contract with you for processing and delivering orders, your consent for marketing emails, our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the shop, and our legal obligations for tax and accounting records.

How do we store, use, share and disclose your information?

Our shop is hosted on the Wix.com platform, which provides the online platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and general applications, on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by us adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of card information by our shop and its service providers. We also share the delivery details you give us with Royal Mail so that your order can reach you. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Where your information is stored

We sell only within the United Kingdom, but some of the services we rely on store or process data outside it. Wix.com, which hosts this shop and handles payments, operates servers in the United States and elsewhere. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by the safeguards UK GDPR requires, such as an approved adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses under the International Data Transfer Agreement. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply to your data.

How do we communicate with you?

We may contact you to notify you about your order or account, to troubleshoot problems, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinion through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about the company, or as otherwise necessary to enforce our terms, applicable national laws and any agreement we have with you. For these purposes we may contact you by email, telephone, text message and post. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, and every one carries an unsubscribe link.
